PTA
Everyone who is a teacher or a parent of a child at the school is a member of the PTA. The role of the PTA is to raise funds for the school and a great deal of thought goes into planning events and a wide range has been organised for everyone – we’ve had adult events, children’s events and events for families and the wider community. It is important to stress that not all of them are fundraising events.
The PTA relies on parents getting involved to run and support these great events – if you’re interested in helping out or would like to know more please contact a committee member or event organiser listed below.

The PTA have compiled a Skills Directory. (Improved formatting is in progress). If you would like to be included please tell us about your talents! (Skills Directory Form) Please fill out the slip and return to the PTA noticeboard with a business card if you have one & we will let you add you to the database or email your details to minchpta@live.co.uk. A paper copy of the directory can also be viewed via the school office.

Thank you for supporting these PTA events in 2009/10
- The clothes, cards, coffee, croisant & cake sale was really successful on 22nd September raising £139.60. Thanks to everyone who supported the event by coming along or donating clothes or cakes.
- Thanks to everyone who came to the fireworks & bonfire, Saturday 7th November raising about £2000. A big thank you to all the marshals and other helpers who made this event possible.
- Thanks for all your support for the Christmas Market on Friday 20th November.
- The PTA Cookbook (Recipes from the children, staff and Rob Rees, The Cotswold Chef, was launched at the Christmas Market & is now available from the school office. Priced at £5 a bargain Christmas present!)
- Advent Fair, Saturday 12th December (for the children)
2008/9
A fantastic year for with lots of great events the proceeds of which have been spent for the benefit of all pupils. (Chair's Report, School Year 08/09) (Annual report for Charity Commission)
2007/8
Another successful year for the PTA with the fantastic sum of more than £10,500 being raised. (Chair’s Report, School Year 07/08). The money is spent in diverse ways for the benefit of ALL our children. (Finance report 07/08).
PTA Committee
The first Trustees Meeting will be held on Tuesday 24th November 2009 at 8pm at the school. The next Event Forum will be held on Thursday 14th January 2010 at 7.45pm (refreshments) for 8pm start at the school – all welcome!
