2008 Grounds and Gardening

  MARCH
Clearing the ground.

  APRIL

Spring bulbs.

The first signs of growth in the vegetable gardens.

  JUNE

The plants are thriving. Children from each class have been tending to the gardens, weeding and watering when needed.

Everyone has watched the plants grow and many of the children and staff have tasted radishes and lettuce. We are looking forward to tasting the carrots and peas and are wondering if we will have a good crop of potatoes.

The strawberries are starting to ripen- they look wonderful.
